We use to  provide all types of NGO and company project related consulting services and will provide consultancy services for their registrations and certifications of NGO, NPO, trust, club, association of peoples, firms etc. and assist them for proper documentations. Will provide computer related all digital services under digital India mission, placement related and training related services, software consultancy and designing with developing services, seminar and workshop organize, quizzes and competition for students , students admission consulting, personality development training, communication skills related services, electrical and electronics engineering services, apps development for android and windows operating system, business development tricks and training services, motivational fest organize, and all type of legal consultancy services will be provided from this company.

How We Work:

1. NGO/Society/Trust/Club/Association/Library/School Documentation: We Provide Registration and documentation Consultancy services For the mentioned Services. Fees are constant as 14,000 ( Fourteen Thousand Only) 

2. Consultancy Documentation: We Provide Consultancy registration Service also with a Price of 10,500 ( Ten Thousand Five Hundred Only)

4. Website Designing and Developing: We provide Web Application , Apps Development including website designing and developing services. Fees and Service charges are starts from Minimum INR 9,500 Rs to INR 18,500 Rs and so On. 

3. Pvt. Ltd or Partnership Firm/ Nidhi Company Documentation: We Also Provide Mentioned Registration service with a Charge vary From INR 15,000 Rs to INR 45,000 Rs

6. Personality and Communication Skills Training: We Provide Hand on Free Training on this.

7. MSME Documentation: Udyog Aadhaar or Udyam Registration done by us with a service charge of amount INR 5500 Rs Only.

8. IT return/File/GST: These Services done here with a registration fees of amount INR 1999 to INR 3999 Rs Only.

  Process flow to purchase the product & service – end to end  

(Our Step by step Consultancy service Description With Cost/Charges) -

Initial step Costing: 5500₹ For Documentations and online process, if you wish to apply through our consultancy, the next step charges will be applicable.

Next step costing: 3500₹ for Applying online and Creating UBIN No with Common  Application Form and final submission with Challan fees 2000.

Last step Costing : 3000₹ After Delivering RC (NGO Certificate-Registration Certificate)

After the final Submission, Client need to approach head office at Guwahati with the hardcopy of all provided documents for verification purposes. Verification date and venue will be mail and text to the client in prior.

once verification done , the Registration Certificate will be issued to the EODB by Registerer of Society under Society registration Act XII of 1860.

Note : not necessary before Registration. (After that Any project design and Darpan(Niti Ayoog) Registration will be initiated as per clients approval, for that the charge will be 3000₹, or if they ready to do themself , no interfere will be from consultancy site.)

For clients information : minimum 7 members required for NGO Society registration, all of them should have pan card , in further president and secretary , treasurer should have pan, Aadhaar must for further funding from government.

Passport size photo required for all members.

1) Consultancy will not be liable for any wrong information provided by client, 

2) Consultancy will be only responsible for promised services, if any further service initiated by client, charges will applicable and the same will be informed.

3) All documents should be as per our format, the client will be make them ready. For preparation of any kind of documents, consultancy will not be responsible rather except Providing them the promised documents format. Client should prepare accordingly.

4. Any kind of guidance will be entertained by consultancy during registration (24/7) Services.

5. If any of kind of documents get reject by Head office, the client need to co-operate and prepare them accordingly as per head office, consultancy will guide.
